You pay your
best people to
do the work
a machine does.
Take back the
week they lose.

I build the AI systems that do the intake, the chasing and the re-typing, inside the tools your firm already runs on. Fixed scope. Four weeks. You own it afterwards.

14h per adviser, per week (illustrative)

1 page the whole scope, with the price on it

01 · Services

What I take on.

01

Intake and documents

Applications, statements, ID and schedules get read, checked and keyed into your case system. Nobody re-types a client's address again.

6h 20m a week back, per adviser*

02

Client correspondence

Updates, chasers and first-draft replies written in your firm's voice, queued for a human to read and send. Nothing goes out unsigned.

4h 05m a week back, per adviser*

03

The plumbing between systems

Inbox, CRM and case management talking to each other, so the status of a deal lives in one place instead of four.

Scoped on the audit

If the job you want doing is not here, raise it when we speak. The audit decides the work, not a menu.

02 · The process

Audit to live,
in four weeks.

01

A two-hour audit

I sit with the people doing the work and time where the week goes. On site, and nothing for you to prepare beforehand.

02

A fixed scope and a price

One page. What gets built, what it replaces, what it costs. No day rates, no drift.

03

I build it in four weeks

Inside the tools your firm already runs on, with your sign-off steps written into the workflow.

04

Your team runs it

You own everything I build. Documented, handed over, and running in your systems, not mine.

03 · The founder

Who you are dealing with.

I'm Byron Leach. I'm an insurance broker, reinsurance, London market. I have sat through enough renewal seasons to know where the hours go: quotes retyped from PDFs, documents chased by hand, four systems that do not talk to each other.

Tulse AI is me. Not an agency, not a dev shop with a sales team. I run the audit, I write the scope, I build the system and I hand it over documented. The person on the first call is the person who does the work.

04 · The free audit

Tell me what is
eating the week.

A free AI audit. I sit with the people doing the work, time where the hours go, and hand you a ranked list with a pound figure on each line. My bet is £30k a year of time savings, and the audit shows you where.

You keep the findings either way, and nothing gets built unless the numbers justify it. It starts with twenty minutes on the phone, no deck. You will speak to me, not a salesperson, and get a straight answer on whether this is worth doing.
